Direct Burials & Cremations
If you decide you don't want to have a funeral, these could be the options for you.
We offer cremations and burials for those who wish to proceed without a service.
These options are thoughtful and practical choices, often selected for personal, logistical, or financial reasons.
Direct Cremation
$6,000
($3,000 deposit)
Includes:
- Bringing your loved one into our care and caring for them for as long as needed
- Dressing them, or supporting you to be involved if you wish
- Viewings and time together
- Supporting you if you would like to have them at home for a time
- Meeting with you and supporting you throughout the arrangements
- Your choice of casket (from our included range)
- Taking care of the necessary paperwork, permissions and bookings
- Working with doctors, cemeteries, crematoria and others involved
- Registering the death and obtaining the Death Certificate
- Medical certificate fee, if needed
- Cremation fee and permit
- A counselling session through the Grief Centre
We encourage family involvement whenever possible. You are welcome to:
- Visit your loved one
- Help with dressing
- Accompany us to the crematorium and assist in the handover

- Purchase of Burial Plot and digging fees (prices vary depending on the cemetery – for further information, see our Financial Page)
