Our pricing is clear, flexible, and designed to suit different needs and budgets, ensuring families can make meaningful choices without added stress. We’re here to explain every option, answer your questions, and help you find what feels right – with honesty, understanding, and care.

Funerals

Adult $4,200
Child 1 – 10 years $1,250.00
Baby up to 12 months $650.00

This fee covers the essentials that make everything run smoothly. This includes…

Meeting with your family to discuss all the details.
Caring for and dressing your loved one and/or guiding you through this special task.
Attending the service,
Providing all necessary equipment.
Managing the full range of office and administrative tasks, including lodging all paperwork, liasing with cemeteries, crematoriums and other relevant service providers.
Registering the death and obtaining the Death Certificate.

Our fee does not include transfers, the casket, doctors’ fees, burial, or cremation costs and extras such a as flowers, service sheets, celebrant fees etc.

Extra costs may include (but are not restricted to):

Hearse hire $350
After hours fee $250

Simple Cremation

For a Cremation without a funeral
Starts from $3,800

Includes: Professional services fee, Plain pine casket, Transfers, Cremation permit, Cremation cost, Viewing, Death certificate.
Excludes: Doctors fees (prices vary, but are around $300)

We encourage family involvement whenever possible. You are welcome to: visit your loved one, help with dressing (if you would like to) and accompany us to the crematorium and assist in the handover.

Simple Burial

For a burial without a funeral
Starts from $3,800

Includes: Professional services fee, Plain pine casket, Transfers, Grave marker, Viewing and Death certificate
Excludes: Doctors fees (prices vary, but are around $200), Purchase of Burial Plot and digging fees (prices vary depending on the cemetery – see below), any extra services such as embalming etc.

We encourage family involvement whenever possible. You are welcome to visit your loved one, help with dressing and accompany us to the cemetery for the burial.

If you already own the plot, we will help you with the paperwork, but there will still be a digging fee. If it is owned by someone else in the family, we can help you with the paperwork.

Bringing Your Loved One Home

If you choose to have your loved one at home, we can provide everything you need to keep them comfortable and cared for. This includes the hire of a refrigerated cool mat at $40 per night, along with our home-care support at $75 per night. We’ll guide you through how to use the equipment, what to expect, and how to keep the environment calm and peaceful.

Whats included in the Professional Services Fee

Our professional services cover the full scope of planning and delivering a well-run service. We manage all required paperwork and compliance, arrange transfers, oversee preparation and care of your loved one, coordinate with venues and service providers, and handle the many logistical details that sit behind a smooth, properly organised farewell. Our team stays across every stage of the process so families receive clear communication and a service that runs exactly as it should.

Payment Information

We accept payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and direct bank transfer.

Your final account will be prepared within a few days of the funeral, once all costs incurred on your behalf have been confirmed. The invoice will be emailed and/or posted to you and is due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date.

If the invoice is paid before the due date, a $200 early-payment discount may be applied.

Please note: This discount does not apply to simple cremation or simple burial services.

If payment is not received by this date, additional recovery steps may be taken, which may include referral to an external collection agency. Any costs associated with debt recovery may be added to the outstanding balance. We understand this is a difficult time financially as well as emotionally.
