Kelly
Funeral Director
I joined Aroha after a 15-year career as a hospital physiotherapist, helping people with their recovery from heart and lung surgery, including in intensive care. After taking time to raise my three daughters — who are now independent and strong young women — I was inspired to become a funeral director by the care shown to a close friend by the Aroha team.
I have a compassionate, calm presence and a natural ability to support others during stressful times. I value empathy, active listening and helping families create bespoke farewells that honour and reflect their loved one.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, yoga, walking my dogs, and being outdoors. Always open to trying something new, I bring the same energy and curiosity to life as I do to my work with families.
